- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the dealerships sales targets and objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to optimize sales efforts.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and ensure that targets are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with the inventory and procurement teams to ensure the dealership has the right mix of vehicles to meet customer demand.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest models, features, and technologies in Honda vehicles.
- Oversee the sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to finalizing the sale and customer delivery.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns, advertisements, and events that generate qualified leads.
- Manage the sales departments budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for training, marketing, and lead generation activities.
- Work closely with the finance, service, and parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Regularly assess the performance of sales staff, providing feedback and guidance for continuous improvement.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing process.
- Encourage repeat business and referrals through follow-up calls, surveys, and loyalty programs.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales conversion rates, lead-to-sale ratios, and customer acquisition costs.
