- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, builders, and facility managers.
- Provide tailored solutions and technical support related to fire and smoke detection systems.
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Track sales pipeline, forecast revenues, and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Coordinate the creation of brochures, flyers, emailers, and technical datasheets.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals for tenders and large projects.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals while ensuring profitability.
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
- Suggest new product ideas and improvements based on market feedback.
- Work closely with the engineering and service teams to ensure accurate product installation and after-sales service.
- Relay client requirements and ensure timely support for installations and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project status in CRM tools.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with fire safety regulations and industry standards.
- Educate clients on fire safety norms and the importance of reliable detection systems.
