- Identify and develop new business opportunities to maximize room bookings, banquets, and event sales.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and site visits to generate and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the management
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the hotels rooms, restaurants, banquets, and special packages.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for digital promotions, social media management, and online reputation enhancement.
- Support in designing brochures, advertisements, and promotional materials aligned with the Mayflower Hotel brand image.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Handle client inquiries professionally and follow up promptly to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain a client database and ensure accurate record keeping in the CRM system.
- Promote and sell banquet spaces, conference rooms, and catering services for corporate events, weddings, and private functions.
- Coordinate with operations and F&B teams to ensure smooth execution of client events.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
- Provide insights and reports to management to support decision-making and improve marketing initiatives.
- Work with the Revenue Manager to implement pricing strategies, seasonal offers, and upselling techniques to maximize profitability.
- Identify high-value customer segments and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
- Represent Mayflower Hotel at trade fairs, networking events, and hospitality exhibitions.
- Establish partnerships with local businesses, travel agencies, and online travel portals to increase visibility and business reach.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to update the hotels website, online booking platforms, and social media pages.
- Monitor online reviews and ratings, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer feedback.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports, market feedback, and activity summaries to management.
- Maintain updated records of sales activities, contracts, and marketing materials.
- Uphold the Mayflower Hotels brand image in all communications, presentations, and interactions.
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and hospitality when dealing with clients and guests.
