Site Visit Coordination: Organize and manage site visits for prospective clients, providing them with a comprehensive overview of the project, property details, and future development plans.
Site Progress Monitoring: Regularly visit construction sites to track progress, ensure quality standards are maintained, and report updates to the senior management.
Client Support: Assist customers throughout the buying process, addressing any concerns or queries they may have, from initial inquiry to post-sale services.
Documentation and Paperwork: Ensure all documentation for sales, agreements, and legal formalities are accurately prepared, signed, and filed.
Marketing Support: Assist in the development of promotional materials and campaigns to increase visibility of VASUNDHARA REALTORS' properties and services.
Event Management: Help organize and manage promotional events, exhibitions, and property showcases to attract new clients.
Sales Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management, highlighting sales performance, site updates, and client feedback.
Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to align on sales strategies, share insights, and collaborate on closing deals.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all sales transactions comply with relevant real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
Contract Management: Ensure that sales contracts and documents adhere to the legal framework and all required approvals are in place.
