- Schedule and coordinate service calls, installations, and maintenance activities for clients.
- Assign tasks to service engineers based on availability, skillset, and priority.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the service team.
- Provide updates to clients on job status, technician ETA, and issue resolution.
- Monitor and manage service tickets using CRM or ticketing systems.
- Ensure timely closure of service requests and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate service logs, client communication records, and feedback forms.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports for management.
- Collaborate with service engineers, technical support, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in workforce planning and help resolve operational challenges.
- Coordinate the availability of spare parts, tools, and technical documentation for service teams.
- Track resource usage and inform procurement of replenishment needs.
- Follow up with clients after service completion to ensure satisfaction.
- Document and report customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure that all service activities follow company protocols and quality standards.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with SLAs and service agreements.
- Support emergency dispatches and ensure critical service issues are prioritized and resolved quickly.
- Maintain a service standby roster and support after-hours coordination when required.
- Identify recurring issues or bottlenecks in the service workflow.
- Recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency and service delivery.
