As a Technical Engineer in a construction company is responsible for planning, designing, coordinating, and supervising construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Design Work
* Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
* Prepare technical designs using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
* Supervise day-to-day construction activities
* Assist in project planning and scheduling (Primavera/MS Project)
* Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates
* Ensure adherence to quality standards (QA/QC)
* Coordinate with architects, contractors, and client
* Attend meetings and provide technical inputs
