- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads based on customer interest, ensuring a strong pipeline for the sales team.
- Provide Information: Inform potential customers about the features, benefits, and pricing of BENELLI GUWAHATI's products, such as motorcycles, service packages, financing options, and accessories.
- Answer Inquiries: Address customer inquiries regarding product availability, technical specifications, service offerings, and dealership promotions via phone calls.
- Schedule Test Drives: Coordinate with interested prospects to schedule test drives at the dealership, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
- Service Appointment Booking: Assist existing customers in booking service appointments for maintenance, repairs, or upgrades.
- CRM Updates: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, including calls, emails, and appointments, in the companys CRM system.
