- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for all product categories: sanitary pads, diapers, cosmetics, and hygiene products.
- Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory.
- Appoint and manage distributors and stockists to ensure effective market coverage.
- Monitor distributor performance (stock levels, orders, claims, etc.).
- Ensure timely billing and stock replenishment.
- Expand retail coverage by identifying and onboarding new outlets.
- Ensure proper product visibility and placement at key retail points.
- Execute in-store branding and point-of-sale activities. Supervise Sales Promoters and Field Sales Executives (if applicable).
- Train and motivate the field team to improve performance and market penetration.
- Identify new market opportunities and consumer trends.
- Plan and execute promotional activities and local marketing initiatives.
- Conduct product demos and awareness campaigns, especially for sanitary and hygiene products.
- Build strong relationships with retailers, chemists, supermarkets, and other stakeholders.
- Address customer concerns, feedback, and ensure high service satisfaction.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and market intelligence data.
- Track competitor activities and pricing strategies in the territory.
- Monitor distributor inventory levels and ensure minimal stock-outs or overstocking.
- Facilitate claim settlements (damaged goods, schemes, etc.) on time.
