- Administrative Support: Assist in handling daily administrative tasks such as managing emails, processing documents, and organizing files for different hotel departments.
- Reservation Management Assistance: Support the front office team with reservation updates, cancellations, and changes by maintaining and updating guest records.
- Billing and Invoicing: Assist with generating invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate billing records for guest transactions.
- Inventory Management: Help track and manage the inventory of hotel supplies (e.g., stationary, linens, etc.), ensuring proper stock levels.
- Report Preparation: Assist in preparing daily, weekly, or monthly operational reports, including occupancy rates, revenue reports, and other relevant metrics.
- Document Filing and Organization: Maintain and organize physical and digital files, ensuring that all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Support for Accounting: Help the accounting department with basic tasks such as filing receipts, processing payments, or reconciling accounts.
- Coordination with Other Departments: Assist in coordinating communication between departments, relaying important information regarding room availability, guest requests, or supply needs.
- Handling Guest Complaints (Indirectly): Provide back-office support in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to guest billing, reservation errors, or service requests.
- Data Analysis: Help with collecting and analyzing data related to hotel performance (e.g., occupancy rates, revenue), and prepare insights for management.
- Hotel Software Management: Use hotel management software for updating guest records, reservations, and generating reports as per the department's requirements.
