- Serve as the primary point of contact for all key accounts, providing personalized service and tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for key accounts to maximize sales growth, profitability, and market share.
- Forecast account sales and business growth while setting realistic, measurable targets for revenue generation.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations, understanding their needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Lead negotiations for pricing, promotions, and contract terms with key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Oversee the preparation and execution of contracts and agreements, ensuring that they comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure key accounts receive the latest product offerings and promotional materials.
- Conduct regular market research to track customer trends, competitor activities, and industry changes.
- Coordinate with various internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of orders, promotions, and customer service.
- Develop and manage the budget for key accounts, ensuring that the allocated resources are used efficiently to achieve sales and profitability goals.
- Prepare sales forecasts for key accounts based on historical data, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance, address challenges, and discuss opportunities for growth.
- Lead and mentor junior account managers or sales representatives who may be responsible for supporting key accounts.
