- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by generating new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships in the tea packaging industry.
- Identify and target potential clients, including tea manufacturers, distributors, and retailers, to generate leads and acquire new business for tea packaging services.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the company’s tea packaging solutions, highlighting quality, customization options, and benefits to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs within the tea packaging industry, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with the company's tea packaging products and services, ensuring the ability to answer customer questions and provide tailored recommendations.
- Lead negotiations with customers regarding pricing, terms, and conditions, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement that aligns with company objectives. Close sales deals efficiently.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure the timely processing of orders and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their tea packaging services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline management, providing regular reports to management regarding sales progress and forecasts.
- Assist in developing and executing promotional campaigns, both online and offline, to increase visibility and drive sales of tea packaging services.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create sales collateral, promotional materials, and digital content that support sales efforts and increase market awareness.
